At Essência Decor Studio, every candle and jesmonite piece is handcrafted and made to order with care and attention to detail.
Returns
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect scent selection, colour preference, or other personal preferences after an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at essenciadecorstudio@gmail.com.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible as all items are handmade specifically for each order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
